The nearly century-old architecture, the cigar bar, the pool at the Heritage Wing, the ambiance during Mocktail Time, the evening live music, and the quality of the breakfast spread all leave a lasting impression.

The doormen in traditional uniforms are highly recognizable. From the moment you step out of the car, every step — luggage handling, escorting guests into the hotel — feels natural and well-executed, reflecting a consistently high standard of service.

Check-in was efficient; my reservation was located quickly, and the staff provided a clear overview of the hotel’s facilities, breakfast hours, and the daily evening Mocktail Time (time and venue). The entire process was smooth and seamless.
