you choose your broth. i got half spicy half not spicy. good decision.

the spicy side had these peppercorns that make your mouth numb. not just spicy, but tingly. it's weird at first but you get used to it.

you order raw ingredients. meat, vegetables, tofu, noodles. then cook them in the pot at your table.

the place was packed with locals. no english menu. i pointed at what other tables were eating.

the meal took 2 hours. cost about 15 usd per person.

my mouth was numb for an hour after. worth it.
