the high speed train is way better than flying

took the high speed train from beijing to shanghai last week. honestly it's better than flying.

no need to arrive 2 hours early. i showed up 45 minutes before departure and had plenty of time.

the train was clean and quiet. the seats are bigger than airplane seats. wifi worked most of the time.

i paid about 85 usd for second class. flight is about the same price but then you add taxi to the airport.

definitely taking the train again for my next trip.
